Once a dilapidated property, this corner building is restored to its former glory inside and out.

New structural elements support the floating iconic bauhaus cubes in their pink hues. The inside houses a hip culinary bar, with expressive authentic materials: the existing ceiling exposed with its steel beams and concrete slabs; the floor is a grid of terra cotta tiles within concrete spacers; the combination of rustic wood finishes and rich green marble counters enhances the feeling of  a rough yet opulent style.
